We're sorry that you have a problem with the merchandise you ordered. According to our Returns Policy, we can only accept unopened merchandise in its original packaging and in new condition within 15 business days of your receipt of the order. Opened merchandise that is defective or damaged may only be exchanged for another identical item.
Please note that the shipping cost to return the item is the customer's responsibility unless the return is a result of our error. Credit card refunds are credited only to the particular card with which the purchase was made.
