PAYMENT  INFORMATION

We accept Paypal, checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment.

If you prefer to send a personal check or money order, we will be happy to process your order on receipt of your payment.  Personal checks must be made payable to RoseKnows Inc. for the amount of your order, denominated in U.S. dollars.  Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check.  Please note that paying by check will slow down your order , as we don't ship the games to you until your funds clear. 

To place an order using a personal check or money order, purchase your products online, then select "Check" as payment method and continue the order process.  Once you complete your order, you will receive an email notification with an Order Number.  Print and mail this notification with your payment to:

Please write your Order Number on your check/money order.  If you are unable to print your receipt, please include a note stating your Order Number and date with your payment.

SALES TAX
4.5% state sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to a Virginia address.



DISCOUNTS
Occasionally, we will offer discount codes for use on purchases.  To redeem your discount, at checkout, enter your discount code on the Buy page.  If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the Order Summary page.



SHIPPING  INFORMATION

We will usually ship your order Monday through Friday within 24 hours of order processing.  RoseKnows can ship your order to virtually any address in the world.  We offer several shipping options from UPS, DHL and the United States Postal Service.  Shipping charges are automatically calculated and added to you order.  We charge only what our shipping partners charge us plus a small handling fee.  Rates and schedule are determined by the option you choose.  Final charges are calculated based on the total weight of your items.  Transit times vary but most services count business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays when calculating estimated delivery time.

Free Shipping within the continental U.S.
Receive free shipping on all orders of two GEIST games or more placed within the continental U.S. Free shipping is sent only by standard ground methods to one "SHIP TO" address and is scheduled to arrive within 5 to 10 business days of receipt of order and payment.

International Shipping - Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes.  They are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.  In addition, when ordering from PLAYGEIST.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.  Customs documentation for all international packages will state the cost of your order's contents and will be marked as containing “Board Games”.

RETURNS  POLICY

We will gladly replace any defective item purchased from PLAYGEIST.com within 15 business days of your receipt of the order.  Defective or damaged item may only be exchanged for another identical item.  Please Click Here to fill out a request form and we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and instructions on how to send the item back.
